Looking Back on 2024

Our group of members has been running for a number of years with an experienced, qualified educator in Spanish. This year we have been working through the BBC course, Suenos Book 2, supplemented with other appropriate material.  We cover all four skills – reading, writing, listening and speaking. Homework is given in the form of the preparation of exercises from the text book or from worksheets, and these are corrected in class sessions. All main tenses have been learnt and we will be covering the subjunctive in the New Year.

Lessons are relaxed. We meet usually on alternate Thursday afternoons, in members’ houses.
