Looking back at 2024

We have 11 members in the Monday Discussion Group and meetings are hosted at a member’s house. This person chairs the meeting, introducing the subject to be discussed, followed by members each giving their thoughts on the matter. The internet has proved very helpful with research on our topics. There is a short refreshment interval with tea/coffee and biscuits. There are 10 meetings each year with a break in the summer and a festive meal out in December.
The topics to be discussed are suggested by the members of the group and the
programme arranged for several months. Discussions are usually lively, have been informative, and make for an interesting afternoon.
