We meet at Bramhall Queensgate Bowling Club every Monday morning 10.00 till 12.00 from mid March to mid October.

The group welcomes a mix of abilities ranging from novices through to experienced players, making provision for those who have never played before. Nothing too serious, everyone mixes well on and off the Green. Generally we have two 50 min sessions with Tea, Coffee & Biscuits in between.

We arrange to have a friendly match or two with the Bowling Group at Wilmslow u3a. It is always interesting to play on an away Green.

Anyone interested should make contact with Ruth and Gordon who can arrange for a ‘taster’ and answer any further questions.

2025 The image is part of our bowling group gathered on the Green on our away day.  This year we chose the Quarry Bank Inn in Timperley, for a friendly competition and lunch on a very pleasant day. We have enjoyed a good season of bowling this year, quite high numbers in attendance on most sessions with very few wet mornings to stop the play.

The idea of the end of season lunch was halted due to very poor weather, however on the social side the meal and company was spot on.
