We hire a room at Ladybridge Connect off Meadway Road, SK8 5NZ and charge £3 to members attending.  We aim to encourage members to spread the word about books they personally have enjoyed.

At each meeting, members are encouraged to say a few words about a book they have recently found exciting, entertaining or revealing and spread that enthusiasm to others. It could be fiction, a classic, a biography or history. It doesn’t matter as long as you think others might like it and it was a good read.

It’s a fun, relaxed group and coffees, teas and a cake are always available if required from the café

If you enjoy a good book and want to share your passion, do come along. I am sure you’ll enjoy it and perhaps pick up some interesting ideas on books to read in the future.
