It is a very relaxed group and there has been much fun and laughter as we learnt various Scottish dances. New members would be very welcome, no experience necessary, flat comfortable shoes essential as the dances are quite lively.

Report December 2011

Between 11 and 16 dancers have met on alternate Fridays and during the year have learnt 23 different dances in the course of 15 sessions. We have a lot of fun, with much chatter and laughter between dances. New members would be very welcome to join us. You would not be left out as the more experienced dancers would be pleased to partner you and help you. All you need is to be fit and active. Scottish Country Dancing is very good exercise for both your body and your brain. Please give it a try.
