We are working from the BBC Active Talk Italian beginner’s course.
The cost is 30p per session which covers refreshments and photocopying.
In the Autumn, I would be happy to start a new beginners’ group, retaining this group as ‘improvers’.

The Italian Language & Culture group meet every alternate Thursday, 10am- 11am at 23, Shaftesbury Avenue. There are 8 members, all of whom are progressing in the acquisition of the language and an awareness of aspects of Italian life and culture. A BBC publication,’ Talk Italian' is the basis for study and a resource to be used independently to support class work. The associated website is also available for members to access independently. As the group is now full, a request has been put to the U3A membership for somebody to start a new beginners' group.
